I lookup this number and found out its a CITI number, but they dont make robocall's for lowering interest rate's, so this number is beeing spoofed by scammers

My caller ID showed Toll Free Call, but they didnt leave no message and I dont even have a Citi Card account.
Apparently, this phoney caller is stil touting the outdated lower credit card intrest rate scam. CID showed "TOLL FREE CALL" and "1-800-950-5114". The number is spoofed. The number 1-800-950-5114 is a legitimate Citi Card (Citibank) customer service number for "Lost or Stolen Credit Cards or General Account Information" according to the Citibank web site.
Despite the legitamacy of this calles, I didnt bother to answer becuase I dont posess a Citi card nor have I applied for one
