Seems to be a fraudulent scheme.
The call was a telemarketing pitch.
Over the course of a week, i recieved several calls from this numbr, but didnt anser and no message was left, so i desided to block it, as i beleive it was an exemple of spoofing Citicard Services legitemate numbr.
I have been getting repeaded calls from this particuler telephone number, aparently from Citi Bank scammers who are trying to obtain personel informations to steal your mony, the caller appeard to be of indian or iranian origen, and last time I recieved a call I decided to place a sports blowhorn near the reciever and hopefully it blew their ears out.
