Upon inquiring about the company's identity and purpose, a female representative with a pronounced accent refused to disclose any details unless I provided personal information, including my address. Given that they already had my name and phone number, I declined to share more, and she abruptly ended the conversation. Before that, I had reiterated my request to be taken off their call list, as I have no outstanding debt collection issues that would warrant these calls.
