This is a obvious scam, a man with broken english called me claiming my electric bill was overdue and would be shut off if I didnt pay within 20 minuits, he offered to give me a number to call to pay, but when I asked him to verify my adress he hung up on me, it was a pretty convinving scam though.

The calls from this number are continous. They ring for a long time. If i answer and ask to be taken off their call list, they immediatly claim it isnt a robo or telemarketer. They say they are calling from Ohio Edison. I sugest they send it in the mail. I wish they would stop calling at all hours of the day and nite. They have foriegn accents.
