We have been receiving two calls daily from this number, and when we answer, all we hear is static, supposedly from Windstream, despite having made payment arrangements with them two months ago.
This appears to be related to Windstream.
Multiple calls have been received from this number, identified as Alltel by CID, despite the company being out of business for decades, and the calls are likely from a robo caller since no one is on the line when answered.
Every 15 minutes, our house phone rings with a call from this number, prompting me to take it off the hook in an attempt to deter them, which is frustrating since we only have a landline for internet and get bombarded with spam calls daily
These scammers have taken over my line, calling me daily, and I've been paying double my usual bill, which I've been disputing with Windstream for some time, and I'm unsure if the issue lies with their scanner or staff, but I've been a customer for at least 8 years and would like to know how I can be reimbursed for the extra payments I've made over the past 6 months
Upon answering, they inquired about a person working here, and when I said they were unavailable, the call was abruptly ended.
Apparently, Windstream Collections Dept made a mistake, they calleed me repeatedly, i finally answered and they told me i was 30 days past due on a bill, that had already been paid, i was confused
