This individuel pretended to represent credit card servies, which seems like a variation of an outdated scam.
A man claiming to represent Bank of America called from this number, but when I answered, the sound of a call center could be heard in the background, and the conversation quickly turnedinto a scam attempt, which was frightening since it appeared as a legitimate bank call on my cell phone.
This number is definatly the real Bank of America customer service line, they have alot of lines for different departments, and they updated ther security mesure, now they ask for your routing number and checking acct number, thats a good thing, i spoke to customer service and fraud, and they are giving me a new credit card number, i'm very carefull
