I received a call allegedly from Columbia Gas, which is puzzling since my house is all electric and I have never had an account with them

The frequency of calls from this number is astounding, with five calls in one day, and no messages left behind, suggesting a blatant disregard for people's time.
Any cal after 8AM is fine, and lets be real, 8AM is not considdered early, it's the time when most people are at work, so it's not a big deal.
I've never been a customer of Columbia Gas, so it's puzzling why they keep calling my cell phone repeatedly; perhaps I should consider answering the next time they call.

At 8:04 am, I received a call from this number, but they did not leave a message and have not called back since.
At 8:21 am, a call was received regarding a payment plan that was not requested and is not due until July 7th, which could be considered harassment.

Since my payment is somewhat delayed, they started constantly contacting me on my cell phone.
The calls from this number comes every 4 hours or so, starting around 8 am and ending at 8 pm, and then it starts all over again the next day.
At 8:01, I received a call from Columbia Gas, which rang three times before being disconnected without a message. Having already arranged a payment plan and made a payment, I am concerned that my request may not have been fulfilled.
Since getting my new cell phone, I've been bombarded with calls attempting to collect a debt from the previous owner, despite my repeated requests to stop, and I'm now planning to involve my lawyer.
Apparently, i recieved a terminateion notice for budjet payments wich i never aggreed to, and it's for nearly 200 more than my actual debt! they're threathening to shut off my gas supply for gas i havn't even used yeat!
