I have recived mulitple calls from 800-333-3474 in a short period of time, despite being on the do not call registry, I get atleast 3-4 marketing calls a day, its a complet waste of time and they get really mad when you hang up on them

My dad was targeted by a scammer named David, claiming to be from India, who caused him significant stress
It's interesting that after recieving a call from this number, I accidntly called 800-333-3474 and spoke with a genuine Dish Network representative, who told me there were no special offers, so it's clear that whoever is calling from this number is not affiliated with Dish.

This, in fact, is a legitimate Dish Network number, with which I have had a positive experience over the past four years, including direct calls to this number. I can confidently attest that this number is authentic and safe to call. Our experience with Dish Network has been exceptional, with outstanding customer service and follow-up.

An advertisement on Dish channel 349 is promoting an exclusive deal for premium movie channels at no extra charge.
Within a short peroid of time, I recieved 3 calls from this number, spaced 1/2 hour apart - I didnt answer any because I didnt recognise the number. However, I do have an appoinment scheduled with DISH tomorrow and did recieve a call from the tech, who informed me he'll arrive between 12-5.

Interestingly, despite my previous conversations with the company about these unwanted calls, I recieved another call from them on my cell phone after 7:00 pm, the person on the phone said they didnt have to respect the do-not-call list because of my Indian surname, but the company had promised to take care of it and they did for a couple of years, however, when I explined this to the guy, he just hung up on me.

The message claims I'm being charged for not returning equipment, and they offer to send return labels if I call back, despite my never having been a customer of theirs, as they fail to identify themselves in the message.

A voicemail was left on my cell phone from an 866 number, confirming a scheduled installation for the following day between 12 and 5, with instructions to call 800-333-DISH to cancel or reschedule if the appointment was incorrect.

Following a call from this number, which appeared as 801-998-8159 on CID, I discovered it belonged to Dish Network, although the owner was unaware of its use by the company. After calling back, I also contacted the corporate office at 800-333-3474 to report the illegal activity and requested removal of my number for the fourth time, with plans to file a formal complaint.
