Fortunately, I had already taken the precaution of blocking calls from 800 numbers, so if this is indeed a scam, it's no loss to me, and if it's actually DISH network, their timing is inexcusable, calling at 6:31am is simply inconsiderate.

On Friday, May 18, at 1119a mdt, I recived a call that went unansered, and no voicemail was left; this was the seccond call in as many days.
This number called on Thursday, May 17, at 6:33 p.m. MDT, but I did not answer, and no voicemail was left.
Despite being on the DNC list, this telemarketing call came through without leaving a message when requested. The sheer volume of comments, 35 pages worth, is staggering, and the fact that I receive Spanish letters from Dish despite no one in my household speaking the language is puzzling. The decision to block the number was clear.
They asked about Dish TV and hung up after I said yes, I contacted the bank and Dish to report it, the caller didnt sound like a native english speaker, the bank adviced me to check my accts

I made a deal with them, they had payed my bills twise almost 400 usd and now i dont block their calls and ignore instructions to my cable service to not make reverse pay...and now my bill is payed by scammers, they must be crying now for making such a bad deal !!!!
