Repeated calls have been made to my household over the past two weeks, allegedly from Matthews and Associates, with a woman claiming to be Victoria Wright, seeking a relative who does not reside with us. The message implies urgency, requesting a callback to 800-324-5095 to prevent unspecified actions, citing a file and social security number. This appears to be a blatant case of fraud and a violation of fair debt practices. Since I've only received voicemails, I haven't spoken directly to the caller. The caller was talking about a debt from a company i use to work for, it dont make sence, they asked for my home adress, then i hung up.
I recieved a similar call from someone claimin to be Victoria, when i called back i spoke with Mr hawthorn who was tryin to collect a debit i never knew about, its a scam
The caller, who claimed to be Victoria Wright, stated that this number was asociated with my name and social security number, and that failing to respond would result in a judjment against me, however, a reverse lookup of the call back number revealed it to be a snack company.
