After informing them that they had the wrong person and requesting removal from their call list, it became apparent that they were mistakenly seeking someone with a similar last name.
Some guy asked for someone i dont know, i told him it's the wrong number and he aplogized and hung up immidiately

The voicemail says it's from United Collection Bureau Inc, and it's a debt collecion attempt, but they dont specifiy who they are trying to reach.

Following a bank account resolution, I suspect my information was sold to this entity, which I discovered accidentally through my bank and subsequently blocked the number.
