After completing their brief survey, they sent a fake AT&T verifcation code to my phone, which I was instructed to read back, at that point, my account was compromized, they managed to add themselfs to my account without my passcode, one of the callers attempted to purchace five iPhones from Best Buy, claiming to be on my account, fortunatly, Best Buy reported them and denied the purchace, this number may be legitamate, but the scammers have found a way to spoof it.
The caller requested that I participate in a survey, and upon completion, they offered a $20 credit to my bill but then asked for account information that a legitimate AT&T representative should already have, which I refused to provide, and they subsequently ended the call.
This is a clear example of a robocall.
