ADT automated message reminded us to test our systme, my only concern is that their reminders come from the same number as their genuine alarm notifications, however their service is exellent.
Recieved a call from ADT, informing me that the alarm went off at my mothers house, she was home and had already contacted the police, great service from ADT.
The person on the phone claimed that there was an issue with my alarm system, specifically in a zone that doesn't even exsist, and then asked me to punch in my code to reset it, now i'm concernd that they may have accesed my alarm code, so we've decided to change it imediately.

ADT called me but I dont have any ADT system, I told them to remove my number and they said they would, hopefully they dont call again, thats the problem
After reeding a handful of comments, it appeard that this number is a scam. I've recieved three calles from them today and each time they leave a mesage about some alarm system having gone off twice and the autorities are on their way. I dont beleeve them, if they were realy calling about an emergency, they would be up to speed and know that 1) police were dispatched the last time they called (which I'm shure they werent) 2) if I were an ADT customer, I would have given them more than just one number.
Last night, at 12:58 am, my cell phone rang, displaying ADT as the caller, which was alarming since I do not have an ADT system, and the timing was particularly sensitive given my fiancé's daughter was involved in a severe accident, leading to a distressing situation
