Despite being blocked, this number continues to call and leave voicemail messages with a female robotic voice.

Our business received a call from 800-223-9797, displayed as '800 Service', which we answered due to its similarity to legitimate insurance and government caller IDs, but it turned out to be a scammer trying to peddle high-interest loans.
A robocall was made from this number, offering loans of up to $250,000, and asking me to press 1 to speak to someone or 9 to be removed from their list.
