This call was about a supposid PSE&G power rebate, which is clearly a scam and a bunch of B.S.
Some lady, supposedly 'Mary', was requesting to speak with the person handling our PPL account, she was arguing with me about the contact name, which didnt exist, and was being really pushy, i had to transfer her to my boss, but she hung up on him, kinda weird.
The customer is really nosy and try too hard to get the company owner online, she said we had a rebate and she need to talk to him, but he wasn't calling her back, i said he wont, she said he have to if he want his rebate, this is a scam!!!!, she was very persistant
