On November 5, 2017, at 1:15 am PST, I received a suspicious text regarding a WhatsApp code, followed by an automated call from the same number in Lawrence, KS, which seemed like a hacking attempt, possibly related to my flight with Alaska Airlines that day.
Following a series of suspicious events on Nov 5, 2017, it appears my phone was targeted by a potential hacker. At 1:15 am PST, a text message was received containing a WhatsApp code, immediately followed by a call from the same number in Lawrence, KS, which repeated an automated phrase multiple times before hanging up. The experience was unsettling, reminiscent of sci-fi movie plots. Interestingly, the text mentioned WhatsApp, an app I no longer have installed. Earlier that day, I had interactions with an airline, which raises questions about a possible connection. It's curious to know if others have had similar experiences with airlines and this number.
On Nov 5, 2017, I recieved a text and a call from this number, with an automated phrase, it felt like a scifi movie, I think I might have been hacked.
