There were multiple calls received today, specifically two instances
I got a call from United Healthcare Community Plan, they were contacting me about my insurance plan with them in Virginia.
The call claimed to be from Optum, but it was fraudulent; I immediately hung up and verified the company's number on their website and insurance card, and I plan to report this to the FTC
Although the caller ID showed United Health Care, the calls, which I've received multiple times, often end with no one speaking before hanging up.
These scammers are disguising their number as a United Healthcare number; it is essential not to provide them with any personal information, as legitimate entities would already possess such details, and it is disappointing that people are googling the number and inadvertently validating the scam without conducting thorough research.

There seems to be a misclassification in the system, as this known spam number is labeled as safe.
Upon threatening to contact the FBI, the individuals posing as unitedhealthcare became hostile and erratic, revealing their true intentions
This is a scam call, it looked like it was from United healthcare but its phishing, they said my claim was denied, wich is weird since I dont even have United healthcare, never give them personal informations, just hang up

A lady contacted me asking to speak with my husband, she had alot of trouble speaking english, I questioned her about the call and told her I was busy, the conversaton seemed suspisous so I hung up the phone.

It appears that United Health Care and their online pharmacy share this number, and my most recent call was from UHC, informing me of a critical health care issue, which turned out to be a marketing ploy.
