After blocking the number, I thought the issue was resolved, but surprisingly, they managed to contact me again by changing just one digit.
A mesage was left, saying my card was charged, but i dont think its legitemate, somthing about a chip with 8-core CPU.
My experience was identical, with no voicemail, no caller ID, and no further interaction.
