Avis d’expert
Heads up: that silent, out‑of‑state ring you’ve been getting from +17012047125 is most likely a Directory Management telemarketing scam. Callers let a recording play, ask you to press a key, then hang up – classic robocall bait. Ignore any prompts and let the call go to voicemail; the message will often reveal the scam. Add the number to your phone’s block list or use a third‑party app that flags spam callers. Report repeat offenders to the FTC at 1‑888‑382‑1222 and keep your business listings up‑to‑date to reduce mis‑directed verification calls. Staying vigilant cuts down unwanted chatter fast.

This number called multiple time, but noboddy was there when i answer
We receive a daily call from individuals who claim to represent Google listings, but they appear to be scammers. It's adviseable not to engage with them, as this can lead to more frequent calls and potential selling of your number to other malicious entities. I report them daily to the FTC, although the impact of this is uncertain.
There was no response when I answered, and the caller hung up; the caller ID displayed 'Directory MGMT'.
The recording claims to be updating a maps listing, but it is likely a scam, so it's best not to engage with it
I just recieved the call and didnt leave a message, now im blocking it.
This number appears to be associated with a Google ad placement scam, as evidenced by the lack of response on the line and the subsequent hang-up.

After calling back a strange out-of-state number that didn't leave a message, a recording asked me to press 1 to be removed from their list, indicating spam activity.
