I received a call claiming I owed a bank $1450, which is false. This is a clear case of scamming.

I've had a similar experience, finding their tactics intimidating. I've filed a report with the FTC, as their methods are not legitimate even if I owed them money. I recommend gathering as much information as possible, filing a complaint, and informing them that you've done so, advising them not to call again, as it's illegal to continue calling after being told to stop. It's crucial that someone takes action against these harassments.

Me and my husband been getting calls from this company about a online loan, they say we owe 850.00, which is crazy

Threatening messages were left, stating pre-litigation, and after blocking the number, further messages were received, claiming the block was a serious offense and escalating the situation.

Recieved a phone call, left a voicemail, from Brad Mitchell with "pre-litigation", they left message stating that i have been named in complaint with the alleged attempt to defraud a financial institution, they did mention my bank account, i dont have, and they did leave a voicemail for human resources to verify employment, i have yet to recieve any type of paperwork for any kind of debt.

This indivdual claims to be Mr Stephen, aparentley calling about an old check from 2013 from Wells Fargo Bank, threatening police action if payment isnt made, uses多iple numbers

The individual on the phone was both rude and misinformed, threatening a wage garnishment of 45 percent without any legitimate basis.

This individual made threats against me despite having no prior interaction, and such behavior needs to cease immediately.

They called me 3 times today, i just filed a complaint with the BBB, they have alot of complaints against them

Similar to other complaints, this caller refuses to answer questions, makes threats, and claims to be from a law office, despite my assertions that the debt is over three years old and no longer valid

These callers continue to contact me regarding someone I've never heard of, insist I'm lying when I say I don't know them, and threaten to send me court papers, which I believe is a tactic to intimidate.

I had the same problem, it sounds very intimidating, i have also filed a report with the FTC, i dont owe these people any money, and their tactics are not legal or nice, i urge you to get as much info as possible and file a complaint.

Similar to others, I've experienced calls from this number, allegedly from Georgia, where the scammer used aggressive tactics and claimed I was in legal trouble, even though I didn't receive a call myself, and I've since filed a complaint with the FTC.

The caller claimed to be a debit collector, stating I owed money to a company called Cold Cash, and became aggressive when I disputed the claim.
