I had a similair experiance with the grant call, when I told her I needed time to think, she told me to just hang up if I wasnt intrested, and continud to call me, even after I told her I would report it to the police.
A woman claiming to represent the U.S. government grant department contacted me, proceeding to make inappropriate suggestions.
