Upon listening to the voicemail, it became apparent that this was a fraudulent claim of winning a large sum of money, with the caveat of paying government fees upfront - a clear scam.

Late Tuesday night, a recorded message shouted that I’d won a multi‑million prize from Publishers Clearing House. The script typically demands personal info, bank details, or a fee to release the winnings—classic red flags of a prize‑win scam. Verify any claim directly with the official company using known contact channels, never the number on the voicemail. Hang up if the caller pressures you for immediate payment or asks for sensitive data. Report the number to your carrier and to the FTC’s complaint portal. Keep a log of suspicious calls and share it with friends to curb the spread of this fraudulent tactic.

The same scam message was left on the answering machine by a caller claiming to be Dave Sayer with a 369 claim code, which is a clear indication of a scam.
A message was left on our answering machine from a supposed Publishers Clearinghouse representative, claiming I had won a significant amount of money, but it was clearly a scam.
This number is clearly a spam caller, likely from publishers clearing or a donor call back service
They claim i won Publishers Clearing House, yeah right.....
I have just received a call from PCH, and I am eager to claim my supposed prize, while also requesting that they deduct any fees from my winnings
Definately a scam, for two reasons: firstly, PCH dont make phone calls, they show up at your doorstep, and secondly, you dont need to pay any fees to recieve your prize
I recieved the same message, but they asked for my informations in order to pay goverment fees before recieving the money, it's a clear SCAM!!
A message was left, claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House, stating that I had won $2.5 million
