From what i've read in the above comments, it appears these scammers are trying to make a come back in 2018, i also have NOMOROBO and after the phone rang once and got blocked it rang again almost immediatly showing the above number, i just let it go to the answering machine and of course, no message was left, i was almost tempted to answer and speak in a foreign languge just to confuse them but it wasnt worth it
