An invoice was received with this phone number listed, prompting a call to the company's toll-free number, where it was discovered that an unauthorized order had been placed using personal information.

I got an invoice stating that they were unable to access my TransUnion credit report due to a locked account. They instructed me to contact the Credit Bureau to lift the lock and then call them back to inform them that my credit history was accessible. I suspect they have some information and are attempting to circumvent the credit lock. I'm not falling for it.

I recived a bill for $255.14, they requested payment before procesing my order, which I find extreemly suspisous, especialy since I've never heard of them befor.

This is clearly a scam, as I never placed an order with Seventh Avenue, yet they claim I did. Either my information has been compromised or this is a common practice for them. The fact that my name has changed and they still have outdated information suggests it wasn't me who made the order.

I talked to Kay, and told her I never placed an order with 7th ave, she said she cancelled the order, but they had my social sec number, it's a scam!
