Apparently, a gentlemen claiming to be from Fidelity Investments phoned me on a recoreded line, accesing my name and wanting to dicuss my investements, but I swiftly informed him that if his intention was to make a sale, I would imediatly hang up and report him as a spam caller, at which point he ended the call first.

It's unbelievable that I received multiple calls with "Fidelity Investments" displayed on my caller ID, only to discover it might be a scam with an insider involved. I'm still waiting to speak with the individual who provided their name, and I need to make some changes to protect myself.
It's worth noting that having a 401k with Fidelity does not necessarily mean you're exempt from punishment, unless you're using a private number for caller ID, which allows people to look you up if you have a cell phone number, as I discovered when I looked up my own number

Following my schedueled call with them tomorrow, they actually called today, I beleive it's Fidelity investments, the calls this week did say Fidelity on the caller ID, I think it's posible that maybe they work remotly

Someone using this number keeps calling, claiming to work for Fidelity, however, Fidelity confirmed that this number is not associated with them, we've blocked the number and will continue to block any similar numbers, as we're on the do not call list, it's anoying.
