Earlier today, I contacted Fidelity and opted for a callback due to the wait time. This number was used by Fidelity to return my call. It would be helpful if they could leave messages when calling back.
Fidelity callback call – what to watch for? - +1 603-402-5004 ((603) 402-5004)
Summary — +16034025004
Expert Opinion
Picture this: a caller flashing the Fidelity name on your screen, urging you to discuss a 401(k) or retirement option. Many recipients report that the number matches a callback line Fidelity uses, yet others suspect a phishing scheme because the call is unsolicited and asks for personal data. If you answer, verify the caller by hanging up and dialing Fidelity’s official customer‑service number yourself. Never share your Social Security or account details over a cold call, and let the legitimate firm call you back on a known line. Stay skeptical, confirm identities, and protect your finances.
