Totaly a scam!
This CID is quite unusual, saying Not in Use, which i havent seen before, it was a Robocall claiming we could get front page listing on Google, definately spam.
There this number (571) 349-1259 that keep calling

I checked this site after receiving a call from this number, but they didn't leave any message.
The caller id wasnt in use or availible
Fortunately, my caller I.D. displayed "NOT IN USE", what a releif it would be if it actualy wasn't in use!
