This morning, I got a call from a guy claiming to be John Lopez, and he said he found me on my broker's website. He claimed to be from California and was moving to Utah. I asked if he had been preapproved by a lender, and he said it would be a cash offer. He asked to FaceTime, which I declinded, and then he kept calling me back.
