Thomas Hughes mediation scam alert! - +1 561-589-1966 ((561) 589-1966)
Summary — +15615891966
Expert Opinion
Clearly, these messages are a classic debt‑collection scam masquerading as a "Mediation Department" and using names like Thomas Hughes to create urgency. The pattern—generic greetings, a demand to call a toll‑free number, and threats of legal action—matches known impersonation tactics. Victims should never provide personal or financial details, block the originating number, and report the incident to the FTC and their phone carrier. If a call references a debt you don't recognize, verify directly with the alleged creditor using official contact information, not the one supplied in the text. Staying skeptical and protecting your data are the best defenses.
