Never ignore the warning signs when a stranger claims to be from Precision. Calls from +15166223198 usually have vague intros, urgent executive requests, and refuse to state a clear purpose. Caller ID spoofing lets scammers mask numbers, so always request a callback on an official line before sharing details. Set a policy that any request for personal mobile numbers or financial data must go through a verified email chain. Log each incident in a shared spreadsheet so patterns surface fast, and use a call‑screening app that flags known spoofed IDs. Regular reminders keep staff vigilant and lower the odds a scammer reaches a decision‑maker. Block the number and report it to the FCC.
