Because the caller ID is frequently blank or labeled “anonymous,” it’s likely a spoofed source designed to bypass the Do‑Not‑Call registry. Hang‑up voicemails, repetitive weekly attempts, and requests for personal info are classic red flags of a scam operation. This number calls me weekly at the same time, so i just let it go to voicemail and ignore it now
Almost every day, they call my cell phone, when I answered, they refused to identifiy themselves, and were asking personal questions, I hung up and they continue to call.
A robotic voice was on the other end of the call, but the audio was unclear and I ended the call
Its just a local scam, dont bother answering
Given that the number is now blocked, I'm sharing my experience where I received two calls from this number on June 2 and June 10, 2022, both at 10 am, which led me to look it up and report it here
This is obviousely a scam, be aware.
A 'Tell City Hall' survey campaign left a message requesting participation by pressing 1 for a link to the survey.
The call was logged as spam and did not leave a message, arriving on my cell phone rather than my landline.
A survey on Covid 19 was the purpos of the call
A robocall from this number, supposibly a survey about rural crime from Tell City Hall, but i just hung up.
