Megan student‑loan scam—how to protect yourself! - +1 501-274-0454 ((501) 274-0454)
Summary — +15012740454
Expert Opinion
A call from someone named Megan feels like a scam, and most listeners report the same vague student‑loan pitch. The message claims you qualify for a quick forgiveness program but offers no details, no paperwork, and often redirects you to a different callback number. The safest move is to hang up, reject any request for personal or financial data, and verify any offer directly with your loan servicer via the official website or mailed correspondence. You can also block the number, report it to the FTC, and warn friends about the red flag signs of a scam.

Magan from student loans forgiveness called me, but I've already paid my college fees over 20 yrs ago, be aware of this kinda calls
I recieved a call from this number, a lady named Meggan left a message, but when I called back the number, it didnt work, it was a scam.
I received a similar call, which was routed to my voicemail, and found it odd that the caller didn't send any paperwork beforehand, especially since my debt is less than $1000, so I'm being cautious.
A call allegedly regarding a student loan forgiveness program was made by a person named Megan, but the call went to voicemail since the number was unfamiliar.
I didnt bother calling the number back, as it didnt specifiy my name or the type of student loans I supposidly owed; if a goverment agency was genuinly offering a deal, they would have sent it via mail and included details of the loans, the first number was 740-847-6344 and the message was from a person named Megan who asked me to call 501-274-0454
Similarly, I received a call claiming to be about a student loan, which is suspicious since federal student loans typically communicate through mail.
