Ekspertvurdering
Ever wonder why you keep getting robotic voicemails about procedure approvals? Most reports point to a medical‑authorization service, often linked to insurers like UnitedHealthcare, using a third‑party platform such as Evicore. These calls are typically automated and contain minimal details to stay compliant with privacy rules. If you receive one, verify the message through your provider’s portal before sharing any personal info. Block the number if it’s repetitive and offers no callback option. For legitimate approvals, expect a follow‑up from your doctor’s office or the insurer’s official channel.
