Heads up: unknown callers claiming a prescription refill often turn out to be scams. These calls typically use familiar pharmacy brand names like CVS Caremark or Aetna to gain trust, then ask for personal or payment info. Never provide health data or credit‑card numbers unless you have initiated the contact through the official pharmacy portal. Verify the caller by logging into your pharmacy account or calling the number on the back of your prescription card. If the call feels rushed or threatens account suspension, hang up and report the number to your carrier or the FTC. Stay vigilant and keep your medication records private.

Total rip‑off, pure fraud! Seriously, avoid it.
A fraudulent message was left, allegedly from Aetna, regarding an overdue prescription - a clear scam that should be reported to the FTC and blocked.
That medical scam tried to trap me with hidden costs; stay away from these callers.
Apparently its C*S Pharmacy
I dont even use CVS, but they call me alot, like every week
A courtesy call from CVS Caremark was received, reminding the recipient about an overdue prescription refill and providing a toll-free number to call back.
Although i havn't been a CVS custumer for years, i recieved a call from them, they asked me to enter ext 1029749, i dont know why they dont delet my profil.
Recieved a call about a prescription, phone number didnt match any CVS numbers, seems like a scam.
A message was left regarding a prescription, but the number did not match the known contact information for the pharmacy, leading to concerns about its legitimacy
Allegedly, i have a overdue perscription, but i dont think thats true
It's essential to note that this call is unrelated to CVS, and users should not direct their frustration towards them, as the actual intent of the call is to obtain personal information for resale to other scammers.
I received a recorded message about a fraudulent prescription refill, and I was instructed to call another number, but I hung up instead.

A recording from someone claiming to be Joseph T Matthew instructed me to contact CVS regarding a prescription, which I ignored, as it's concerning how they obtained my personal info.
This suspicious call began with the scammer addressing me by name, attempting to gain my trust. However, when they requested my birth year and I verbally provided it, they claimed not to understand and asked me to use the keypad instead. At this point, I terminated the call. Notably, my Google Pixel phone had already flagged this as a potential scam.
This is the walmart pharmacy number, i think
They claimed I had an overdue medication refill, which was incorrect, and they even asked for my birth year after addressing me by name.
Apparently, several chain stores, including Target and Kroger, have pharmacies affiliated with CVS Caremark, possibly along with Walmart and others.
They said i had some prescriptions to pick up, but i dont even use CVS for that.
After making a purchase at CVS last week, I recieved a call today, and the person on the phone addressed me by name and knew the name of one of my prescriptions, informing me that my refill was overdue.
It's puzzling how they obtained my name, considering I am not a customer of CVS Caremark, and this is the second time they've called me from 855-708-3581.
This is a fraudulent message
The caller claimed to be from a medical service but gave no details—felt like a scam. I'd stay away from this line.
