I was told it was CVS informing me of a prescription refill, even though I haven’t used CVS for prescriptions in years. They then asked me to dial 855-708-3581 and input code #2916824. Definitely a scam and fraud.
Got a voicemail that misspelled my name and claimed I owed a prescription refill at some pharmacy. Yep, I have no active script there—definitely a scam.

Further investigation confirms that this is a scam.
The call went straight to voicemail, and given that I don't use CVS and the call was made on a Sunday, it seemed like a scam, especially since I never answer unknown numbers.
They claimed CVS called me, even though I've never been to CVS, and said I owed them a lot of money.
I got a call from a Chattanooga, TN number, they said my name, and that it was time for me to refill my overdue subscription, but I dont use CVS pharmacy, ever, they told me to call 844-708-9388, and enter extention 336607.
