Definately sounds like a scam, claims to be from RBC and try's to get info outta you.
Big red flag - says there from First Report, part of RBC, offerin identity protection for cash, but theres a 'free trial' first. They ask for your name, but wont send you an email about the offer. And they give you some dodgy website url.
