It seems there's a conflicting assessment of the situation, as it's been stated that they are not scammers, only to later argue the opposite.

Warning: this number is trouble! The woman on the other end was trying to scam me, claiming to be from TD's credit card departement. Don't trust her!

To be honest, yes its a scam, dont even bother picking up the phone, just ignore it
As of June 16th 2023, i can tells you that this number called me to sell me a ID Assist subscription, this isnt a full-blown scam but theyre upselling you a service that isnt positively reviewed, i disclosed my informations but then i called them back and cancelled the subscription.
Sorry buddy, but you've been had. There's no cure for stupidity, unfortunatly... Just be more carefull next time, I guess.
