Expert Opinion
Recent call logs show a pattern of persistent outreach from a debt‑collection outfit. Callers claim to represent Total Credit Recovery and often leave recorded messages or hang up after a few rings, sometimes early in the morning. These contacts are typically unsolicited and may be trying to extract personal info or a payment on a debt you don’t recognize. Never confirm address, birth date, or financial details unless you’ve independently verified the agency. Use your phone’s block feature, register the number with the National Do Not Call Registry, and consider filing a complaint with the FTC or your provincial consumer protection agency. Staying cautious and documenting each call can help stop the harassment.
