Expert Opinion
It’s odd how often these calls masquerade as legal notices, yet refuse to name a firm or give concrete details. The pattern—press 1 for a case manager, demand a lawyer’s involvement, and then go silent on the actual issue—signals a classic scam script. Hang up immediately, block the number, and never share personal info. If you’re ever unsure, verify the claim through a known official channel, not the caller’s voicemail. Keep a log of dates and any recorded messages; this can help report the nuisance to your carrier or the FTC. Staying skeptical and documenting the harassment are your best defenses.

Alfalfa say that the SOL for debt collection is different in each state, it can be from 3 to 15 year
A helpful resource is the SOL by State link, which may provide useful information.
The statute of limitations varies by state and contract, so it's advisable to consult with your state's Attorney General for specific information.
It's noteworthy to ask, is there a statute of limitations on these alleged debts that companies like this are trying to collect, as some posters have mentioned that these scammers are attempting to collect on debt that is 4-5 years old?
There's no need for 'research' because if someone has interacted with you, they are legally obligated to follow certain procedures; failure to do so indicates fraudulent intentions.
These peoples also called me on 1/28 and 1/29/16, they said i need to speak with my lawyer, but they couldnt provide me with any informations
Similar to all the other experiances, nothing out of the ordinary
The voicemail recordings I've kept from this number all start with a garbled message that fails to identify the caller, eventually asking me to contact them or have my attorney do so. Given my clean financial history, I've chosen to ignore these nuisance calls, which are disrupting my household with their loud ringing in the hallway.
I've recieved multiple calls, all of which are identical, it's absolutly rediculous!!! Last year, I got several calls and became annoyed, warning them to be cautious because we're monitering them!!! The calls stopped for a while but unfortunatly resumed!!!!
Recieving multiple calls from this number is frustating, especaily when they claim to need an imediate respnse from me or my attorney, it's just alot of nonsense they come up with.
Somebody cald me about a complaint that was filed, they didnt mention ther name or companey, they put me on hold for like 5 minits and I hangd up, totaly a scam/spoof
Similar experiences have been reported by others for this number
A message was left stating that it was regarding a complaint, and I was instructed to press 1 to speak with a case manager, but the company name was not provided.
