Scam texts flooding your phone? What to do! - +1 410100001 (410100001)

same here, got a text with an aol email and a web link. Definately not clicking on it - it's pretty scary.

I just got two texts at the same time - one from -0001 and one from -0002, both about loans. I replied with 'STOP' on one and will try to block the numbers. I'm also on the do not call registry, so we'll see if anything works.

I've been getting texts from 1(401) 100-001, 1(401) 100-002, and today 1(401) 100-003. It's clear that blocking the number won't work since they just use a new one the next day. They pretend to be from instagram, twitter, or yahoo, but I don't even have accounts on those platforms. You can forward the message to 7726, but they just tell you to reply with 'STOP', which doesn't work. Does anyone have a soloution?

I recieved a message from 141.010.0001 asking for help to stop these scammers - I think we'd all be happy if they just stopped.

I got a simalar text, and I don't have any apps installed, so I'm pretty sure it's not related to that.
