The CID has clearly indicated that it is a ILLEGAL SCAM.

This number has called me twice, once as "CONSMR ADVOCATE" and again as "ILLEGAL SCAM", but they didnt leave a message either time

This credit card scam, introduced by a woman claiming to be Heather, is a common occurrence.

A man with a middle eastern accent, claiming to be Robert, asked for my credit card number to lower my rate, but I knew it was a scam and responded in a way that caused him to hang up.

This is a scam, they want my credit card numbre to lower my interest rates, or so they say, i dont beleive them, they just want to steal my money, these people need to be locked up
