A man claimed to have returned from vacation, mentioning notes on his desk, supposedly from our maintenance manager; he attempted to extract more information, but his intentions seemed dubious, and his tone turned condescending when his requests were denied.

Like alot of others, this caller claims we have a buisness relationship and wants to send a gift card, but its just a scam, I told them dont bother sending anything.
A suspisous individul called our office, adresssing our owner by name and atempting to make it seem like we had a pre-existing buisness relationship with 'Continental'; as soon as I put him on hold, he disconnected.
