Furthermore, they are allegedly paying employees below the minimum wage of $7.25, violating labor laws. They also operate under the name Legal Debt Mediation. It is essential to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as their business practices are questionable.
Beware of this phone number, as it appears to be associated with a fraudulent company called Power Credit Solutions, also known as Legal Debt Mediation or Credit Repair, which charges $249 for its services. I called them back twice, and both time I got voice mail, so I decidied to tie their line up for 4 minutes and 12 seconds, and I also managed to trace the call and get a physical location
I was contacted by these individuals, who falsely claimed I owed a debt that had already been settled years ago, despite my possession of paperwork from the client confirming the debt's resolution
Upon receiving numerous calls from this number, I requested the caller's physical address, which prompted a hostile response from the representative, who became further agitated when I mentioned the numerous scam reports associated with this number, even going so far as to threaten legal action
A message was left by someone claiming to be Haley, stating a fictitious case against me and attempting to deceive hardworking individuals out of their money
The same individual contacted me via both phone and email, prompting a harsh response from me
Interestingly, these debt collectors are not based in Chicago as they claim, but rather operate out of Jacksonville, florida, and they continously disregard FDCPA rules and the law, so if you recieve a call from them, dont pay them a single dime, insted ask for their location and real phone number, and be aware that when you make a payment, it will show up as LEGAL DEBT MEDIATION LLC, which is owned by James Powell and Brenda Powell Tate, and they have an adminstrator, Ms Keisha, who will stop at nothing to protecit them, its sad becuse they dont even apreciate her loyalty, and most of the staff dont even get payed minimum wage, which is a shame, they pretend to be religous but all they do is spread lies and chaos, so be sure to file a complaint with the attorney general and considder hiring a consumer attorney, dont forhet to report them

I've been harrased by Power Credit Solutions, they keep calling and trying to serve me with bogus paperwork, but my german shepard Rex is always on the lookout.

I got a call asking me to verify my SSN, they said i had to call back to settle a debit with Fast Cash online loan company, but i never had an account with them.
A call from this number claimed to be about a payday loan, which is illegal in my state, and was connected to an old account that's no longer active - it seems like a fishing scam, especially during the holiday season.
Similarly, i recieved a call from haley patrick place, they claim my name and ssno number is associted with a open case, it was a recorded message, i dont think debit collectors use recording
A message was left stating that my name was associated with a relative of someone and that I needed to return the call due to a pressing legal matter; surprisingly, they even mentioned my name in the message, despite my phone being registered under a different name.
Just post the companys real name and adress, that way we can take care of it

I recieved a call from Haley Patrick with Power Credit Solutions, claiming that i needed to call their office regarding an open case, but it sounds like a scam, i'm tired of these types of calls and wish they would get a real job
Initially, a recording was played when i got a call from these peoples, saying i need to contact them regarding an important buisness matter, eventualy a lady got on the line and claimed i owed a loan to some company, which i dont, and threatend to send papers to the state of Pennsylvania, i've been through this scam before so i told her to go ahead and send it, nuttin will happen.
