Beware: Fake Debt Collector Calls From +1305…

Following a call from this company, during which an Indonesian individual became aggressive and threatened me, I plan to take legal action, as I have a recording of the conversation, and I'm seeking the address of Crowe Castillo and Associates, which they claim to represent.

A message was left at my office by an individual with a thick Indian accent, claiming to be from a collections agency, but the late-night call and lack of specificity raised suspicions of a scam.

I recieved a call from a guy who said he was from a law firm, but he hang up before i could do a search on the firm.

Apparently, somebody from Indian decent with an American name contacted my workplace, claiming I owe ccs, and threatenened me with arrest and a lawsuit, he tryed to read me the lawsuit but I hung up

Receiving a call from them was quite bothersome, especialy since they claied I owed money to someone I dont know, im geting sick of their continous calls, isnt there a way to put an end to this?

I was informed that I owed a payday loan to an entity called CCS, despite having no knowledge of such an entity or any transaction involving them. The caller claimed that CCS had sent money to an unknown bank, which was then withdrawn, and threatened me with a lawsuit and a visit from a police officer to take me to court. However, upon questioning the details, the caller became evasive and hostile.

A purported attorney firm, with representatives claiming American names but having Indian descent, contacted me. They demanded the name of my attorney regarding an alleged debt to a payday company, threatening to inform my employer if I refused. Upon offering to provide my manager's direct number, they declined. Later, they attempted to verify my address, claiming legal action would be taken against me. I challenged their threat, and they retreated.

What's funny is... the number this scan artist called of mine is my google voice number which i have never given to anyone, the sleazy scammer is just randomly calling numbers looking for fish that will bit, i love google voice because i have blocked his number now, thats a relief

This morning i recieved a call from this number and it was the same person with english problem, he claim i made a payday loan and didnt repay it, the FBI and sheriff office is involve too, whats going on??

Receiving two calls from this number in one day led to a confrontation with an individual who claimed I owned a company and was facing a lawsuit, but they failed to provide any legitimate evidence or numbers, revealing it as a complete scam
