Upon receiving a call from this number, I was greeted by a person with a thick Indian accent, surrounded by background noise from multiple phones. The caller claimed to be from a company called "Computer Service", informing me that I had won a substantial reward of one million dollars. To claim this reward, I was asked to provide my personal information, which would supposedly facilitate the deposit of the funds into my bank account. However, when the caller requested my social security number, I immediately ended the conversation.

Expert Opinion
Unexpectedly, a flood of calls from the same Colorado area code is masquerading as government grant offers or tech‑support assistance. Most callers claim to represent U.S. agencies, foreign governments, or major brands, then demand personal data or payment. Never share banking info, passwords, or social‑security numbers with unsolicited callers. Use your carrier’s block feature, add the number to the national Do‑Not‑Call list, and report the incident to the FTC and the FCC. Verify any alleged grant by contacting the official agency directly—not through a callback number. Stay skeptical and keep a log of calls to help authorities track repeat offenders.
