Exposure of Critical Resolution Mediation's scam revealed they had obtained details of my debt and attempted to extort settlement money from me, but a lawyer's investigation confirmed they were not authorized by the actual law firm holding the debt.
Initially, the caller claimed to be contacting me about a David Bridal account, which I never had, and later alleged that I made a threat, which is absurd; the caller's information was inconsistent, and I intend to report this incident to the relevant authorities.

Upon receiving a call from an individual claiming to be Mrs Brooks, she proceeded to disclose a vast amount of my personal information, including address, past addresses, driver's license number, birth date, social security number, siblings' names, and some of my children's names, stating I had a pending payday loan and was on a warrant list, but offered to resolve the issue if I provided my credit card number, which I refused, and have since contacted my attorney to investigate this matter further.
