Whilst online, I recieved a call from this tel number, so I came to this website to investigae, I had previosly spoken to Comcast about an issue, so I called them again, the person I talked to confirmed it was a survey number, but didnt say why it didnt say Comcast Survey on the caller ID, I sugest callin Comcast and complainin, you can reach them at 1-800-934-6489, just click on any number or say a word to get to a live person, thats the procesure
