Ever wonder why a stranger keeps asking for your maintenance manager’s name? The pattern here points to a classic scam where the caller pretends to be “Jim from Continental” to harvest purchasing info or promise bogus gift cards. If you receive a call from +1‑262‑888‑0190, let the caller go to voicemail, block the number, and never share vendor or PO details. Keep a log of similar calls, report them to your phone carrier, and consider a call‑blocking app to reduce future interruptions.
