Spoofing is clearly the intention here, so blocking the number or area code is the best course of action.
For an entire week, repeated calls were made to my cell phone at various late-night hours, inquiring about a younger sibling who is no longer reachable. Despite requests to cease contact, the calls continue, with the number being rerouted through local connections, making callback attempts unsuccessful.
A man, who claimed to be from a police asociation, contacted me seeking donations to prosecut those who harm police, I've recieved calls from him befor and recognised his voice.
Another call was received from this number, the last one being in 2017, and it's clear that it's a scam

At 3:30PM, a call was received from a man claiming to represent the law enforcement support fund, asking for my son who no longer resides here; the caller ID displayed UNKNOWN NAME, and a return call yielded a telephone company recording stating the call could not be completed, indicating a scam.
