We've reported them to the FTC, State Attorney General of NV, and our Senators, but the calls persist, including late-night calls, prompting us to forward their calls directly to the police department's line.
Filing a complant with the local BBB seems to be the most efective way to stop these unwanted calls, as it damages their reputation with bad press

Nonstop calls are being made to my phone
Despite being registered on the do not call registry, I continue to receive harassing calls, which has led me to vow not to conduct business with the responsible party, namely 5th 3rd bank, due to their blatant disregard for ethical practices.
A man claiming to represent 5th 3rd bank offered a special credit card deal, but requested personal info, including date of birth and mortgage details, which I refused to provide over the phone.
I still recieve calls from this number even thou i asked them to stop, companys must stop calling after a request is made
